Complete Registration

Our team works with the family, case manager or support organisation to gather the information required to establish safe and appropriate transport arrangements.

Confirm Transport & Funding Arrangements

Transport schedules, pick-up and drop-off locations, authorised contacts and payment or funding arrangements are confirmed before services commence.

Family Onboarding

Families are onboarded to the KaGo platform, transport details are finalised and all required authorisations are completed to ensure a smooth start.

Safe Transport Commences

The child begins accessing safe, reliable transport between home, education, care and support services, with ongoing communication, journey monitoring and support from the KTS team.
